Tapering schedule that worked for me
I wanted to share my experience with the taper calculator on this site. After using kratom daily for about a year I decided to reduce my intake. The 4-week schedule suggested dropping about 10 percent every 3 days which felt manageable. By week 3 I was at about a third of my original dose with minimal withdrawal symptoms. The key for me was not rushing it. If anyone is considering tapering, the tool in the Science Hub is genuinely helpful and the symptom management tips were spot on.
